My Story.
My journey has been one of overcoming challenges, learning resilience, and finding transformation along the way. When I arrived in the UK at the age of 12, I couldn’t speak a word of English. I faced bullying, isolation, and the challenge of navigating a new world without any role models to guide me. School was a struggle, and I eventually left without qualifications—but I knew that didn’t have to define the rest of my life.
At 21, I made a decision that would change everything: to take responsibility for my future and create a different path. I turned to personal growth, set new goals, and committed to developing myself. Step by step, I learned English, gained qualifications, and built a career across corporate, public, and private sectors.
Today, I share what I’ve learned through both lived experience and my expertise in neuroscience. As a Thrive-accredited Neurodiversity Instructor and Brain Coach, I help others rise above their own challenges, embrace their unique strengths, and create lasting success. My story is a reminder that transformation is always possible—and that every brain has the capacity for growth and change.

Why I Do What I Do
I know from experience that change can feel uncertain, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming. What I’ve discovered is that when we understand how the brain works—and when we create workplaces that recognise and support different ways of thinking—people can achieve more than they ever thought possible.
For employees, learning how to look after their brain health can reduce stress, improve focus, and boost productivity. For managers and leaders, combining this knowledge with strategies to support neurodivergent colleagues builds engagement, strengthens wellbeing, and creates environments where innovation can thrive.
My passion is helping people unlock more of their potential. By blending neuroscience with practical strategies, I aim to equip individuals, teams, and organisations with tools that improve performance and resilience, while also building workplaces where every brain is valued.
